Warranty

All watches come with a two year manufacturer's guarantee on the entire watch and its components.

Included in this warranty is a complementary check up at year two to evaluate the health of all critical seals and the movement. This warranty does not cover damages to the watch as a result of shock/drop, water ingress, or normal wear and tear to the external or internal components of the watch. 

Watches that receive a shock or accidental drop can incur damage to the movement and should be sent in for an evaluation to prevent further damages.

If a full movement overhaul and cleaning is requested, or required due to damages to the watch, an estimate will be prepared before the watch is serviced.

Service

Routine service every three to five years is recommended. This consists of movement overhaul, lubrication, regulation, gasket replacement, case cleaning and optional case refinishing. Due to the amount of labor included in this process, the price of this service is not included in the warranty and will be assessed at time of service based on replacement parts or damages.
